1. General
   1. In these terms and conditions, "Bizteg" or “we” or “us” means Bizteg Solutions Limited and the "customer" or “you” means any person, firm, company or body which places an order with us. Please read these terms and conditions carefully before using the website or our mobile app (collectively “our e-store”). By using the site or any part of it, you agree that you have read these terms and conditions and that you accept and agree to be bound by them.
   2. We shall make every effort to ensure that prices, details and sizes of products at our e-store are up-to-date. Prices are subject to change without prior notice and all orders are subject to our acceptance at our sole discretion and stock availability.
   3. We shall make every effort to ensure product(s) displayed at our e-store are in stock. If from time to time any products become out of stock, we reserve the right to offer alternative product(s) of similar value and style.
   4. All orders are subject to confirmation of final availability and we reserve the right to reject the order in the event that any of the products or services requested are unavailable.
   5. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify these terms and conditions by posting a new dated version on this site.

 

2. Registration
   1. You are required to register as a user before placing any order through our e-store. During the registration:
      1. You must provide us with accurate, complete and up to date registration information;
      2. You must safeguard your username and password;
      3. You authorise us to assume that any person using the e-store with your username and password is either you or is authorized to act for you;
      4. We have the absolute discretion to refuse registration of a potential customer and to terminate the registration of any customer for any reason whatsoever.
   2. Please inform us via our e-store immediately of any changes to the information that you provided so that we can communicate with you effectively.

 

3. Privacy protection
   1. We collect your personal information to ensure orders are successfully processed. We do not share your personal information unless the information is needed to fulfil the orders.
   2. We may also collect your log data, which may include information such as your computer's Internet Protocol ('IP'), the pages of our site that you visit, the time and date of your visit, the time spent on those pages and other statistics for analytical purposes. These statistics will be used to improve the shopping experience on our e-store.
   3. By using our e-store or submitting any of your personal information on our e-store, you are giving consent to the storage and when necessary, use of your personal information for the above purposes.

 

4. Orders and Shipping
   1. Our e-store only accepts orders for delivery in Hong Kong to the specified billing address.
   2. Placing an order means you agree to purchase products or services in accordance with the Terms and Conditions set out herein. After receiving your order, we will acknowledge receipt of your order. However, it does not confirm that we have accepted your order. We reserve the right to reject any purchase order without giving any reasons. In the event that we are unable to accept your order (for example due to payment issue), we will notify you via our e-store or email.
   3. If your order is accepted by us, we will confirm with you accordingly.
   4. You must arrange with us for delivery of the ordered product(s) within 30 days from the date of the order as accepted by us. If you fail to take delivery within 30 days, any payment received by us would be forfeited and could not be used for exchange for other products.

 

5. Payment
   1. Our e-store accepts payment by designated credit cards, debit cards or other designated electronic means as specified by us. All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars.
   2. Where there are additional charges for delivery, such charges will be set out separately for your acknowledgement and confirmation prior to proceeding to payment.
   3. To provide secure online transactions, we employ Internet's Transport Layer Security (TLS) technology. It encrypts your personal information, including credit card number, name and address, so that it would not be read as information travels over the Internet.

 

6. Delivery service
   1. All orders confirmed by us will be delivered to the delivery address you specify when placing your order.
   2. Deliveries can only be made within HKSAR region. There is no overseas delivery. For deliveries to areas with restrictive access (e.g. Ma Wan, Discovery Bay, Tung Chung, Hong Kong International Airport), you may have to collect deliveries at designated location(s).
   3. Delivery service will be suspended when typhoon No.8 or above or a black rain warning is hoisted. You will be contacted to re-schedule delivery time.
   4. We reserve the rights to decline delivery of products to any customer at our sole discretion absolutely and/or charge delivery fee if you are not available to accept delivery at the nominated delivery time.

 

7. Exchange and refund
   1. Under normal circumstances, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.
   2. You are requested to examine the goods immediately for any deficiencies and/or damages of their appearance and whether all accessories are included upon delivery. If it is the case, you must notify and file claim with the carrier and inform us within 7 days after the delivery.
   3. If we have agreed you are entitled to an exchange but the products to be exchanged are sold out, we will refund your payment.
   4. Original sales receipt or relevant electronic receipt should be produced to us before product exchange is accepted.
   5. We have the right to refuse to exchange a product on the ground of damage to its appearance or missing accessories once the delivery has been signed for.
